Regionally Coordinated Transit Plan

H-GAC, with the assistance of transportation stakeholder groups and transit agencies, has developed an Updated Regionally Coordinated Transit Plan (RCTP) for the purpose of coordinating public transportation services in the 13-county Gulf Coast Planning Region. The RCTP addresses potential partnerships with stakeholders such as transportation providers, local governments, public agencies, and others.

The public comment period, which began on August 1, 2011, has been extended until Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Four public meetings are scheduled around the region to give the public more opportunities to review and provide comments on the RCTP.
